Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GT3Deck (gt3deck.co.uk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. GT3Deck is operated by Go Select Limited, registered in England and Wales.

2. The Service

GT3Deck provides GT3 motorsport data including race results, entry lists, driver profiles, calendar information and statistics. Free access is provided to core data. A Pro membership (£7.99/month) unlocks additional features including deep statistics, alerts and fantasy league participation.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Pro Membership and Billing

Pro membership is billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are issued at our discretion for technical failures preventing access.

5. Intellectual Property

The GT3Deck platform, design, code and original content are owned by Go Select Limited. Race data is sourced from public information and official series publications. You may not reproduce, scrape or redistribute GT3Deck data or content without express written permission.

6. Data API

Access to the GT3Deck Data API (£49/month) is subject to usage limits specified in your subscription. API data may not be resold or redistributed without permission. We reserve the right to suspend API access for abuse or overuse.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not: attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access; use the platform for illegal purposes; scrape or harvest data using automated means without permission; interfere with the operation of the platform; impersonate other users or GT3Deck staff.

8. Disclaimers

Race data is provided in good faith but may contain errors or omissions. GT3Deck is not affiliated with any official racing series, team or manufacturer. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of race data. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Select Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
